El Sereno

The El Sereno area of Council District 14 covers the 90032 ZIP Code, including the neighborhoods of Rose Hills, University Hills, and Hillside Village; as well as the adjacent neighborhoods of Hermon and Monterey Hills. The majority of El Sereno was annexed to the city in 1915 as part of the Bairdstown Addition. Huntington Drive, the primary thoroughfare of El Sereno, used to have the Pacific Electric Railway running in the center of Huntington Drive from Mission Road to the city limits at Kendall Avenue.
